How do I earn points?
Shop at any Bracken City store, then photograph your till slip in the app under Scan Till Slip. Once the centre has checked it, your points appear.
How long does approval take?
Usually within two working days. You'll get a notification when it's done.
Can I scan the same slip twice?
No. Each till slip counts once.
How do I use a reward?
Redeem it in the Rewards Store. You'll get a voucher code to show at the store counter.
What is Basket Payback?
Each week the centre selects member slips and pays that shop back in full. You must be a member with an uploaded slip to be chosen.

Terms & Conditions
1. The programme
The Bracken City Members Club is operated by Biss Investments for shoppers at Bracken City Shopping Centre. Membership is free and open to persons aged 18 and over.
2. Earning points
Points are awarded on till slips from participating stores once verified by centre management. The rate, minimum slip value and participating stores may change and are published in the app.
3. Rewards and prizes
Rewards are subject to availability. Vouchers are single use and non-transferable. Prize draws, including Basket Payback, are at the discretion of centre management; winners may be asked for consent before any publicity.
4. Fair use
One membership per person. Duplicate, altered or fraudulent slips will be rejected and may result in suspension.
5. Changes
These terms may be updated; the current version is always in the app.
Privacy Policy
Biss Investments is the responsible party under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
What we collect
Your name, phone number, email address and date of birth when you join; photographs of till slips you choose to upload; and records of points and rewards.
Why
To run the Members Club: verify slips, award points, issue rewards, run prize draws and contact you about the programme. Age is used to confirm you are 18 or over and for birthday treats.
Sharing
We do not sell your information. Slip images are seen only by centre management for verification.
Your rights
You may view and correct your details under My Profile, and delete your account at any time, which erases your personal information from the programme.
Retention
Slip images are kept only as long as needed for verification and dispute handling.
